Characters are good, except for Berthold. Since malus to attacks from speed and deflection doesn't stack, I feel it is a loss of power points. The only difference is that deflection grants protection from ranged even if caught anaware, but that's still a huge cost in PP, IMHO. I'd change it for some...

The Spirit roll is if the controlled body is Shaken or Wounded. It's automatic if "the possessor's body" is Wounded (can't be Shaken since it's already completely helpless which is worse than Shaken). But is shaken still useful for the sake of the "two shaken result in a wound" ?

For dropped object, I'd use falling damage + improvised weapon damage.
As for the rolling boulder, I'd use vehicle collision damage.

I'm not seeing a cohesive theme here. Basically the character needs to take medicine to keep his body from rejecting the implants. If he doesn't, he takes Fatigue damage... but the implants continue to function. :? In real life, this type of thing occurs with live organ transplants... and rejection...
