Printer friendly PDF

#1 Postby HawaiiSteveO » Mon Nov 14, 2016 6:37 am

I've fiddled around but had no luck. There is a way I can remove background etc for printing?
I've seen the 'remove large pictures' etc is this it? Or better way?
Thanks in advance..!

When you open the PDF in Adobe Reader, down the left-hand side should be a toolbar that has a variety of options. If Layering is available, one of those options will look like a stack of loose papers. Click on that and it should expand to show the various layers of the PDF that you can turn on or off. Turn off the "Background" option to get a printer-friendly version.

Note that not all PDFs are created with Layering available, so this won't be an option for everything. Most Pinnacle PDFs have this option turned on, however.
