SW Actual Play

#1 Postby Narhund » Tue Nov 22, 2016 11:51 pm

Does anyone know any good Savage Worlds actual play podcasts? I find myself listening to a lot of AP shows lately, but I have yet to find any good ones that feature the Savage Worlds ruleset. I won't name names but it seems like the only SW shows I can find either have terrible audio quality, have racist or sexist tones, or take forever to tell the story.

i find a lot of actual play videos hard to watch. even from the pros. but this 3 episode series of a home brew fantasy game using savage worlds played in tabletop simulator was pretty good. here's the link to the first episode.

Sean Patrick Fannon ran a good AP podcast of SW Rifts on the SavageCast podcast feed.

It was basically a Savage Worlds mash-up. All the characters were from other Savage Worlds setting (Deadlands, Necessary Evil, Shaintar, etc) and then RIFTS-sized for that one-shot.

I wouldn't recommend their Star Wars-Game of Thrones crossover, but they were super clear about how NSFW or sanity it was in the disclaimer.

Roo Sack Gamers did a few podcasts of their Deadlands Noir game (episodes 92 - 98)

And I thought someone did Midnight Harvest for Realms of Cthulhu...
